True To You Design has decided to hold a Monthly Birthstone Inspired Jewelry Giveaway. This means there will be a different piece each month that features the birthstone.

To kick things off we are starting with the beautiful Sapphires of September - but since we like to be different - we are featuring PINK Sapphires! These earrings are just gorgeous, made from pink sapphires wrapped in .999 fine silver and hung on sterling silver french ear wires. They dangle just enough at 1 inch with each sapphire measuring 5 mm by 3 mm and having an approximate total carot weight of 3.25. The retail value of these earrings is $37, but we are giving you a chance to WIN THEM!!

But first check out this super chic (and maybe more traditional) blue sapphire necklace, available for purchase in the Etsy Shop. It is the perfect gift for your favorite September Born loved-one.

I made this necklace with 53 beautiful blue sapphires and .999 fine silver. The sapphires start at the clasp at around 4.06mm and graduate to the front with the largest being 6.8mm. These sapphires are AAA cut, AAA Color, and AA Clarity, they are just beautiful! making it a total of 38ctw of beautiful blue sapphires! This would be a beautiful gift for someone with a September birthday or I think a very nice something blue for a bride!
